The Made in Hedley Classic Weekend Box contains two different 3-course meals with each meal serving two people along with instructions for reheating.

A selection of our home produced charcuterie, sourdough bread, jersey butter, celeriac remoulade and cornichons.
Beef braised in red wine with button mushrooms, glazed onions and smoked bacon, creamy mashed potatoes and buttered greens.

North Sea fish fritters with aioli and lemon
Baked fillet of North Sea hake with samphire, white wine parsley and garlic, heritage new potatoes and buttered spinach.
Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce, pouring cream..
