New Years Eve 2018

Dinner at 7.30pm

Snax and drinks from 7pm

 

Elderberry Bellini or a Hedgerow Martini

Snax- cranberry and Allerdale cheese palmiers, warm potatoes and smoked caviar, Air dried Dexter beef and  horseradish crackers

 

Hot little woodcock pies with English truffle

Or

Squash , cavalo nero and Cumbrian goats curd salad with black bread crisps and beer balsamic.

 

 

Red wine poached North Sea Halibut, salsify, baby onions, Brussel sprouts and a chestnut and potato puree.

Or

Seared spiced celeriac steak with, salsify, baby onions, Brussel sprouts and a chestnut and potato puree.

Or

Roast rib of 50 day aged Hayon bridge beef with, salsify, baby onions, brussels sprouts and chestnut and potato puree .

All served with a crispy potato cake.

 

Hot chocolate fondant, espresso ice cream

Darling blue cheese soaked in port, biscuits and pickled walnuts

Quincemeat and almond tart, clotted cream.

A non refundable deposit of £20 per person is required along with menu choices to secure your booking. Bookings will not be made until menu choices and a deposit if left. Any changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event.

 

Children’s meals-£5per per child

Tomato and mozzarella pizza,

Pheasant goujons and chips,

Carrot, cucumber and hummus with pitas

Roast vegetable and basil pasta.
